ALUTRON TACTICAL CONSENT IN TERMS OF THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION ACT NO. 4 OF 2013 (POPIA): 28 JUNE 2021

1. Alutron Tactical (Pty) Ltd acknowledges and values the importance of your Personal Information (PI) and is committed to safeguarding and lawfully processing your PI in accordance with the legislative rescripts of POPIA.
2. Processing of Alutron Tactical (Pty) Ltd Learners PI entails and includes the receipt, recording, organising, updating, dissemination by means of transmission, distribution and making available in any other form, degradation, erasure, or destruction of information, as described by POPIA.
3. Alutron Tractical (Pty) Ltd will only process your PI if it is adequate, relevant, and not excessive, given the purpose for which it is processed, and if the processing accurs in accordance with the relevant provisions of POPIA. The purpose of processing the information must be relate to training implementation learning outcome, and recordkeeping.
4. Alutron Tactical (Pty) Ltd will collect and process your PI and therefor must discharge its responsibility to ensure that you understand, and for which purpose your PI will be processed. If, for any reason, you are of the view that your information is not processed in the correct manner of that your information is being used for a purpose other than that for which it was originally intended, you may contact our Information Officer, the relevant information is kept and used primarily for training, issuing of certificates, internal or external audits and reporting and record keeping purposes.
